“Fårö – Shades of gray” is the first photo book about Fårö; a small Baltic sea island off Sweden’s southeastern coast. The book contains photographs of Fårö in different seasons, taken over a period of six years. The artistic work was completed during three weeks in May 2011, in former film director Ingmar Bergman’s home, thanks to a grant from the Bergman Estate on Fårö. The book is published by Fårö Local Heritage Publishers.
